More good luck for us!

Broccoli with a once through in my Ninja, mixed with garlic salt, coconut oil and rice. I used one of my heart cookie cutters again to make the shape and formed the stem with my (always gloved!) hands. This four leave clover is resting on a bed of delicious pastrami, yum!

Red: Pastrami
Orange: Carrots
Yellow: Pineapple
Green: Snap Peas
Blue/Indigo/Violet: Purple grapes

Four Leaf Clover

Leftover garlic mashed potatoes, with a pastrami four leaf clover. I used a medium sized Heart Cookie Cutter  for the leaves and just cut out the stem with a kitchen scissors.
