When I was a kid, my mom always had me make the green salads for dinner. I could never make them plain and boring, just chopping up the carrots like a normal person. I made them into shapes, my favorite was always hearts.

Salad sushi

Sometimes I just have no clue as to what to make for lunch, and there are times I feel like I am running out of food or none of it really "goes" together.

So, one of those moments showed up this morning and I decided to make salad sushi. Apparently I can just put stuff in rice, roll it up, call it sushi and they will eat it!

Put a cute little panda in there, some coconut aminos in for some extra flavor, ta-da! 

Eyeball Salad

I peeled the radishes with a knife, trying to create a bloodshot eyeball look. Olives and peas for the pupil and iris, set in some delicious salad!
