and mixed them with the arugula/spinach mix to make them green. I really wanted to make brains out of them but didn't have a Brain Gelatin Mold
. I made a couple of brain molds out of aluminum foil, poured the noodles in and formed them a bit more. I was half expecting them to be completely flat by the time I got up but they held their shape and turned out looking like brains!
